Job summary

KDC-ONE is hiring Seasonal Packaging Operators in Ohio. This part-time, seasonal role offers shifts and a pay range of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with no benefits for the seasonal position.

You will build, pack, and palletize products in a climate-controlled setting, working with a team to ensure quality and efficiency. Applicants should be able to stand for long hours and lift heavy boxes.

Seasonal Packaging Operator

Role: Packaging Operator (Seasonal, Part-Time)

Openings: 8 positions available per shift

• Shifts: (up to 5 days per week)
• 1st Shift (Morning) – 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift (Evening) – 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift (Night) – 10:30 pm – 7:00 pm
• Openings: 8 spots open on each shift.
• Pay & Benefits: Hourly pay $15.00 - $17.00 applies; no benefits are included with this seasonal position.
• Requirements: Fast learner, able to stand for long hours, and able to lift heavy boxes.

What You’ll Do

As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection. Your day-to-day will include:

• Building & Assembling: Construct containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.
• Packing Finished Products: Secure products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Preparing Pallets: Ready items for shipment using pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Maintaining Safety: Keep a clean workspace within a climate-controlled production environment.
• Collaborating & Training: Work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.
