McKee Foods is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our Production Team at the Gentry, AR facility. You will help keep production lines running smoothly, setting up machines, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring products are packaged to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and switch between products; operate equipment.
• Check codes and labels; ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to avoid delays and reduce waste.
• Help train new team members and transfers to the dept.
• Enter production data accurately into systems.
• Keep work area clean; perform daily/weekly cleanup duties.
• Communicate clearly with team members and other departments.
• Follow attendance policy and maintain strong work ethic.
• Maintain personal and product safety standards.
