Job summary

Kraft Heinz Beaver Dam Plant is seeking a Packaging Operator for 2nd or 3rd shift. Starting wage is $26.00/hr with a $2.00/hr shift premium, and overtime/weekend hours are required.

The operator will learn and perform setup, start-up, and changeovers, ensure quality checks, and maintain sanitation while supporting GMP and ISO procedures in a team environment. Be prepared to cover lines and rotate positions as needed.

Qualifications

• English language skills: speak, read, and write.
• Must perform job duties efficiently and safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use safe lifting practices for over 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Adhere to Kraft Policies and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate the packaging filling equipment safely and accurately.
• Perform setup, start-up and changeover procedures as needed.
• Troubleshoot line performance and document downtime.
• Maintain downtime records during operation.
• Conduct and document quality checks.
• Perform sanitation duties and assist in sanitation programs.
