Job summary

Kraft Heinz Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a General Laborer for the full-time night shift. The starting wage is $22 per hour with a $2 shift premium, and overtime/weekend work may be required.

The role involves material handling, loading packaging supplies, operating basic cream cheese packaging/processing equipment, and cleaning duties. You will follow QS requirements, GMP/ISO, and work in a team to support production processes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work 3rd shift (9pm–5am) and complete assigned tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Move and position materials using hands and assistive devices.
• Start machines or equipment to begin production processes and operate machinery.
• Prepare raw materials for processing and assist with dropping ingredients into hoppers.
• Inspect products and record quality checks and data as required.
• Follow FSQ requirements such as GMPs and safety policies.
