Job summary

Danone is hiring a Packaging Operator in West Jordan, UT. You will operate production equipment, load materials, and perform quality checks, including solids and pH testing.

The role follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with day shifts 6:00 AM–6:30 PM and night shifts 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, with possible nights, weekends, and holidays. Base pay starts at $26.06/hr with a $1.25/hr shift differential for night shifts; after 90 days, base pay increases to $28.96/hr with the same differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (walkie stacker, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and load materials.
• Perform hourly quality control checks (solids and pH testing) and print quality.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per safety and quality standards.
• Monitor packaging materials to prevent delays.
• Record and verify print quality on gable tops and boxes.
