Job summary

The Masterson Company, Inc. is hiring a Packaging Specialist for 1st shift in Milwaukee, WI. You will set up and operate vertical form-fill-seal packaging machines, perform quality checks, and maintain production records to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a production environment preferred, especially food/beverage/drug manufacturing.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate vertical form-fill-seal packaging equipment to meet quality specs and production demands.
• Disassemble, clean and sanitize equipment per safety procedures; handle hazardous cleaning tasks.
• Perform quality checks (brix, viscosity, temp, fill weight) and document results.
• Prepare reports including process control charts, pallet tags and production sheets.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report needed repairs, adhering to GMP and safety rules.
