Qualifications

• Experience in a production setting, preferably food/beverage manufacturing.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform unit conversions in the metric system.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and products from holding tank to fill station and related components.
• Measure and weigh product in drums, pails and totes.
• Support others in production duties as required by demands.
• Fill packaging containers (pail, drum or totes) with quality control in mind.
• Take QC samples and document quality checks (brix, viscosity, temperature, fill weight).
• Complete required paperwork and data entry for production/inventory records.
