Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate at our City of Industry, CA facility. You will package materials, load and move stock, and operate packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, keeping areas clean, inspecting bottles, and ensuring correct labeling. Training and temporary overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Care for packaging of materials and finished products.
• Load, move materials and operate packaging equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Monitor conveyors and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Escalate defects and quality issues promptly.
• Restock packaging materials and ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and prepare workstation setup.
