Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Packaging Operator on 1st Shift to safely package quality parts on a fast-paced production line. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on the line.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging tasks.

  • Ability to document production data and findings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties in a safe manner.
  • Work with a team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards.
  • Operate entry-level packaging equipment and follow SOPs.
  • Transfer products, assemble parts, and inspect quality.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures.
  • Keep a clean, organized work area and complete paperwork as required.

Job description

Worthington Enterprises is seeking Packaging Operator on 1st Shift. This position is responsible for safely packaging quality parts on a fast-paced line.

Shifts:

1st - Monday through Friday 7 am to 3 pm

Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment focusing on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
  • Capable of working any shift with possibility of rotating
  • Know, understand, and follow plant safety rules, policies and procedures
  • Follow all set-up and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Run entry-level equipment and ensure all processes are completed per standard operating procedures
  • Perform duties on the production line including product transfer, parts assembly and quality inspections
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and tracking procedures are followed
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Assist others as needed
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Complete paperwork as required
  • Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor
  • Perform all duties in the spirit of Our Philosophy and in accordance to legal, ethical and contractual practices
