Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Allendale, NJ to support daily operations including order picking, packing, receiving, and safe forklift use. The role requires flexibility to contribute across multiple functions and participation in daily huddles and safety meetings.
Responsibilities include inventory management, material handling, shipping preparation, quality control, and teamwork to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, receiving, and safe forklift operations. This role requires flexibility to perform all warehouse tasks as needed to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Employees are expected to contribute across multiple functions, are not limited to forklift operation alone, and will participate in daily huddles and safety meetings.
This position plays an essential role in day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and transferring goods within the facility, as well as housekeeping and repacking products. Overtime may be required based on business needs; advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
Shift Hours Monday to Friday 12 PM - 8 PM
Pay: $20 to $24 per hour
