Job summary

Worthington Enterprises seeks a JD Edwards Business Application Analyst to lead analysis, design, implementation and ongoing support of enterprise applications across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into functional specifications, perform gap analysis, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include testing, deployment, user training, and documentation, while ensuring SOX and SOD compliance in a manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP applications supporting multiple modules.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional specification development.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain system documentation, user manuals, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams.
  • Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Train end users and support application adoption.
  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead initiatives that improve processes, systems, and business value.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JD Edwards Business Application Analyst to join our IT team. This role involves leading the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards business applications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements Analysis
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT solutions.

Required Qualifications
