Job summary

Ninkasi Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to manage bottling, canning, mobile canning, and kegging lines on a rotating day and graveyard schedule. You will work with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure adequate raw materials and production flow, while maintaining clean, safe packaging areas and recording production data.

Requires 1–2 years in a related field; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must have reliable transportation (car, bus, or bike).
• Ability to rotate between day and graveyard shifts every three months.
• Overtime is required as production schedules demand.

Job OverviewPackaging Operators are primarily responsible for the bottling, canning, mobile canning, and kegging of Ninkasi beer through operation and maintenance of packaging line and kegging equipment, inventory, and handling of raw materials.Packaging Operators work a recurring schedule of three, twelve-hour shifts (day and graveyard), and may be required to rotate between day and graveyard shifts. Overtime is a requirement of the Packaging Team schedule, as production demands.At Ninkasi, we take our core values very seriously.
