Job summary

Ninkasi Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to manage bottling, canning, mobile canning, and kegging lines on a rotating day and graveyard schedule. You will work with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure adequate raw materials and production flow, while maintaining clean, safe packaging areas and recording production data.

Requires 1–2 years in a related field; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a similar or related field preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation (car, bus, or bike).
• Ability to rotate between day and graveyard shifts every three months.
• Overtime is required as production schedules demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling, canning, mobile canning, and kegging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage flow of packaging materials and finished product through lines.
• CIP equipment and packaging lines where needed; maintain clean, organized workspaces.
