Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a night-shift Production Supervisor to oversee 30-50 employees on Inspection and Packaging lines in Grand Island, NY. The role ensures safe, efficient processes, adherence to SOPs and cGMPs, and accurate batch documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, maintaining compliance, updating SOPs, preparing payroll, and coaching staff through training programs, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred; work experience in lieu of a degree possible.
• Previous supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication and proofreading skills required.
• Detail oriented with proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, Access.

Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of 30-50 employees across Inspection/Packaging lines.
• Coordinate production schedules based on customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs; review batch records.
• Complete batch documentation and reports; maintain training.
• Develop, track, and implement corrective actions; update SOPs.
