Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a packaging operator for the 3rd shift (10:45 PM–7:15 AM, Mon–Fri) in Grand Island, NY. You will inspect vials, package life-saving medicines on a fast assembly line, and ensure products meet specifications by following SOPs.

Training junior crew, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing safety are part of the role. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, can lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to perform repetitive work.
• Must be able to focus on details for periods of time (visual inspection, labeling).
• Must be able to pass Vision 5 visual acuity testing.

Responsibilities

• Package life-saving medicines on a high-speed assembly line.
• Conduct visual inspection and move product on/off the line.
• Follow SOPs and documentation requirements; identify and report problems.
• Be willing to become a qualified inspector; train others as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; ensure safety practices.
