Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a supervisor for Inspection and Packaging lines to oversee 30–50 employees and ensure a compliant, efficient production process. You will review batch records, supervise documentation, and maintain safety and quality standards for a quality product.

The role requires strong communication and detail orientation, with background in a regulated manufacturing environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred (work experience in lieu of a degree is possible).
• Previous supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication and proofreading skills required.
• Detail oriented and proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access preferred.
• Previous experience in an FDA regulated industry preferred (3-5 years).

Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of 30 - 50 employees across multiple Inspection / Packaging lines.
• Coordinates the execution of production schedules based upon customer demand.
• Interacts with departmental supervisors and support groups on maintaining compliance with methods, standards, policies, and cGMP's.
