Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing seeks an Operations Specialist for the Packaging area on 2nd shift in Ave Maria, FL. You will perform manual and assisted device assembly and packaging, inspect components, and ensure quality data is recorded per GDP standards.

Responsibilities include labeling, sealing, line setup support, and maintaining clean room practices while adhering to documented work instructions and quality systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year manufacturing, or a combination of 1 year manufacturing and quality control experience required.
• Successful completion of the Competency Training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Inspections on parts using prints, procedures or work instructions.
• Assemble and package medical device components per procedures.
• Record data using quality control methods.
• Perform nondestructive tests as needed to measure performance.
• Print/apply labels to pouches/blisters; assist in label reconciliation.
• Operate pouch/blister sealing equipment and inspect per work instructions.
• Load device into units and verify complete assembly.
• Assist with line setups and changeovers.
• Maintain clean room standards and perform terminal cleaning as required.
