Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking an organized Packaging Manager to lead our packaging operations. You will oversee daily packaging activities, guide a team of Packaging Leads, and ensure safe, high-quality execution of packaging plans.

You will work with the scheduler and stakeholders to maintain a forward-looking production schedule while championing safety and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes training and development of the packaging team, ensuring adherence to quality

Qualifications

• 2 years of brewery packaging experience or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work long and/or flexible hours.
• Forklift certification and/or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging department operations and ensure safe, efficient execution of packaging plans.
• Lead Packaging Leads on the floor and communicate KPIs to the team.
• Train and develop packaging staff and maintain training records.
• Maintain packaging materials inventory and coordinate with Scheduler and stakeholders.
