Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed packaging environment preferred.
• Willing to work any shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee start-up, operation and completion of production lines.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction efforts.
• Plan and manage staffing and overtime.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to maintain safe and efficient packaging operations.
