Job summary

City Brewery seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor in Irwindale, CA to oversee start-up, operations, and completion of assigned production lines, ensuring safety, quality checks, and accurate production reporting.

You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate with management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while complying with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and FDA guidelines. Shift flexibility and weekend coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education REQUIRED.
• BA/BS in Business, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisor experience.
• Experience in a high-speed packaging environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee start-up, operations and completion of assigned production lines.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality checks are followed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize line efficiency.
• Schedule staffing and coordinate resources for production needs.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, FDA and related guidelines.
