Job summary

City Brewing Company – a leading U.S. beverage co-manufacturer, seeks an Manufacturing Area Manager (Line Lead) in Latrobe, PA. You will own 24/7 accountability for packaging lines, meet demand and quality targets, and manage equipment, people, and processes across shifts to drive safety and performance.

You will mentor teams, implement continuous improvement, and ensure schedules align with customer expectations while maintaining production efficiencies and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with IWS or similar MES (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems (HACCP) and OSHA requirements.
• Experience leading and mentoring large teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to supervisors to coordinate activities with high quality.
• Plan and develop systems to improve quality and efficiency.
• Follow and enforce food safety and OSHA protocols on the floor.
• Lead and mentor team members and guide shift operations.
• Coordinate production plans and schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Use management tools to analyze performance gaps and drive improvements.
• Own daily direction setting and 24-hour line plan.
