Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee production, quality, and safety in our manufacturing area. You will ensure teams have a safe environment and the proper tools to perform tasks, while coordinating with production schedules and shipping deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing supervision and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing or production supervision
• Forklift license preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems, schedule production, and ensure coordination with lead times and shipping deadlines.
• Ensure material produced meets or exceeds customer specifications.
• Direct setup and adjustments of machines.
• Establish or adjust work assignments to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew
• Assist team members in solving work problems.
• Suggest plans to motivate team members to achieve work goals.
• Use independent judgment to assign team member work duties to meet operational requirements.
