Job summary

Vonco Products is seeking a Packaging Shift Supervisor to lead our flexible packaging team on a 2nd shift (7 AM–3 PM, Monday–Friday) in Trevor, WI. The role involves directing production activities, coaching employees, and ensuring quality and safety on the floor.

You will coordinate handoffs, monitor KPIs, and support a respectful, collaborative work environment while driving continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in flexible packaging or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging processes, equipment, and materials.
• Experience leading and developing teams with a focus on employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the packaging team, coaching and supporting staff.
• Supervise day-to-day production floor operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain certifications; enforce policies.
• Analyze production data, drive continuous improvements, and address downtime.
• Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling, and manage shift handoffs.
