Job summary

Vonco Products LLC in Trevor, Wisconsin, is seeking a Packaging Shift Supervisor to lead our flexible packaging teams on first or third shift, with cross-shift flexibility. You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold safety, quality, and engagement as core priorities.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive productiv ity, track KPIs, coordinate hand-offs, and foster a respectful, collaborative work environment that supports professional growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a supervisory role within packaging or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with production management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage cross-functional teams on the production floor.
• Oversee daily production activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate shift hand-offs and staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records and report performance to leadership.
