Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to support the Packaging Department's daily operations, labor planning, and training scheduling. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Production Planning, Training, and Safety teams to allocate resources during production and ensure required trainings are completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; a combination of education and lead experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment may be considered.
• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in a unionized work environment is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays for 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly and daily staffing schedules using MS Excel and ADP.
• Plans daily and weekly schedules for cleaning.
• Keeps attendance records in accordance with the CBA.
• Maintains inventories and orders department materials and supplies.
• Distributes production documents, including SOPs.
• Assists with GMP/Sanitation audits and corrective actions following audits.
