Job summary

City Brewing Company in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Packaging Coordinator (Manufacturing) to support the Packaging Department with staffing, training scheduling and production resourcing. You will work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Production Planning, Training and Safety to ensure proper resource allocation during production.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field; may accept combination of education and experience.
High school diploma required.
Experience in a unionized work environment preferred.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and good communication.
Willingness to cover weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Plans weekly and daily staffing schedules, including planned time off and training hours using MS Excel and ADP.
Plans daily and weekly schedules for cleaning.
Tracks and maintains attendance records in accordance with the CBA.
Keeps weekly inventories and orders department materials/supplies.
Maintains distribution of documents related to production, including SOPs.
Assists with GMP/Sanitation audits and inspections; assists in resulting corrective actions.
