Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging Coordinator (Manufacturing) to support the Packaging Department with labor planning, training scheduling, and production resourcing at the Latrobe, PA facility. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Production Planning, Training, and Safety to ensure proper resource allocation during production and to coordinate trainings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong MS Excel and ADP skills, and flexibility to cover shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and lead experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a unionized work environment preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and ADP skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly and daily staffing schedules, including planned time off and training hours, using MS Excel and ADP.
• Plans daily and weekly schedules for cleaning.
• Tracks and maintains attendance records in accordance with the CBA.
• Keeps weekly inventories and order department materials/supplies.
• Maintains distribution of documents related to production, including SOPs.
• Assists with GMP/Sanitation audits and inspections; assists in corrective actions.

Job Summary

City's Packaging Coordinator supports the operations and daily activities of the Packaging Department with labor planning, training scheduling, and production resourcing. This individual will work cross-functionally with our Maintenance, Production Planning, Training, and Safety teams to ensure proper resource allocation during production times and to provide opportunities for all required trainings.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plans weekly and daily staffing schedules, including planned time off and training hours, using MS Excel and ADP
• Plans daily and weekly schedules for cleaning
• Tracks and maintains attendance records in accordance with the CBA
• Keeps weekly inventories and order department materials/supplies
• Maintains distribution of documents related to production, including SOPs
• Assists with GMP/Sanitation audits and inspections; assists in any resulting corrective actions following audits or inspections

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field, preferred. Will consider combination of education and work experience which includes time in lead role in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• High school diploma, required
• Experience with unionized work environment, preferred
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary to cover the needs of a 24/7 business
