Vertiv Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Packaging Team Coordinator to support warehouse operations in our South Carolina facility. The role coordinates inventory, documents, and cross‑department communication to ensure smooth material flow and timely outbound shipments.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in administrative, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles, with strong Excel/ERP skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years in administrative, warehouse, logistics or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and pack materials for outbound shipments.
• Maintain and update inventory records and warehouse docs.
• Coordinate receipt, transfer, and shipment of materials in systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping docs, reports, and delivery paperwork.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits with variances reconciliation.
• Create and maintain warehouse reports and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate material requests and priorities with teams.
• Serve as point of contact for inventory, shipping and availability.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups; assist with training docs and SOPs.
• Ensure records comply with company policies and improve warehouse efficiency.
