Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs, upgrades, and PMs on warehouse and packaging equipment, including MHE, PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.

The role covers troubleshooting, installing networks/cameras, and maintaining mechanical and electrical components as part of a dynamic logistics operation. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and weekend, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse maintenance, including equipment repairs, MHE repairs, and PMs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, and other equipment.
• 1+ year in a production environment; 1+ year as Industrial Mechanic or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and associated ladder logic.
• Perform PMs on MHE and packaging equipment per schedule.
• Repair mechanical components including motors, drive chains, pulleys, belts, and bearings.
• Support robotics, AGV, and other material handling innovations.
