Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation is seeking a Package Machine Operator in Sterling, Colorado. This full-time position supports the Packaging Operations department and offers weekly pay with comprehensive benefits.

You will read production schedules, move materials, set up packaging equipment, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with customer specs. Strong math, communication, and GMP/SQF adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, including touch screens.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand daily production schedules and material requirements.
• Transport needed packaging materials to the production area.
• Set-up and operation of packaging equipment with correct materials and products based on order specifications.
• Meet daily production requirements.
• Perform periodic quality control checks to ensure packaging meets customer requirements.
• Accurately complete and maintain required documentation on product, materials/supplies, output, and machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor packaging problems and adjust equipment.
• Comply with GMP and SQF procedures, including documentation of required SQF forms.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follow safety policies.
