Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Pasco, WA is seeking a Packaging Operator to perform packaging procedures and support production flows in the Packaging area. You will work with the Packaging Technician, Team Leaders, and Leads to ensure finished product meets specifications.

The role requires basic math, ability to read safety and operation instructions, and the stamina to stand for extended periods. Strong emphasis on safety and teamwork in a large food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; or up to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic mathematical skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals).
• Ability to retrieve data from a computer HMI (Human Machine Interface).
• Ability to multitask; operate two fillers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product to specification under supervision.
• Hook, fill, and label supersacks for palletized handling.
• Coordinate with Packers and Packaging Technicians for efficient operation.
• Maintain logs and uphold safety regulations.
