Job summary

Candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and preferably prior experience in manufacturing. Ability to follow instructions, read tape measures, and work overtime as needed are important. Knowledge of GMPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and cleanup of equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and participate in safety committees or meetings as needed.
• Adhere to GMPs and company quality procedures to prevent defects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and break rooms.
• Monitor equipment performance, minimize downtime, and optimize set-up times.
• Support cross-training on other machines and positions as needed.
