Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to run case forming and related packaging equipment. The role requires following SOPs, performing changeovers, and maintaining accurate production records on a 24/7 manufacturing floor.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong math/technical skills, and a good attendance record, with willingness to participate in audits and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills required.
• Strong technical skills; ability to operate controls and read panels.
• Background check required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated work history and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up case forming equipment per SOPs.
• Set up case coding equipment and validate product codes.
• Record production data accurately and neatly.
• Perform equipment changeovers and clean-up operations.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with audits and cross-train with other departments.
