Shifts

1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm

• One Saturday shift a month

Key Responsibilities

• Operate filling/packaging equipment adhering to quality, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning and maintenance.
• Monitor product flow and maintain machine performance.
• Conduct testing and provide samples for quality assurance.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Wear appropriate safety and sanitation clothing.
• Report safety or quality issues promptly.
• Keep documentation current and uphold safety programs.
• Stand, reach, and use hands regularly during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with filling machines preferred.
• Ability to interpret manuals and schematics.
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
