Qualifications

• 2-5 years machine operator or maintenance apprentice experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to run production and verifications throughout the day.

• Flexibility for training periods and pre-shift meetings; able to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Run, change over, ensure efficiency and quality for 3-5 packaging machines.
• Communicate changes and plans to Team Members and supervision.
• Perform computer-based tasks at scheduled times.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment; follow recipes/work procedures.
• Monitor/adjust variables; perform quality tests and data collection.
• Respond to QA/management direction; comply with safety and allergen controls.
• Be exposed to allergens, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and heavy equipment.
• Multi-task and prioritize throughout the day; use hand tools as required.
