The role requires familiarity with English or Spanish instructions, forklift operation, and adherence to food safety policies. Training completes before target dates; opportunity for growth within the packaging team.

Formación

• Previous packaging operations experience or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor adjustments on machinery.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow English or Spanish instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and Redzone software.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Clear, professional communication with operators and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Operate packaging machinery including multiple processes; set up, adjust, and monitor operation.
• Coordinate with Operator Helpers to maintain efficient line and clean work area.
• Operate forklift as needed to support packaging department.
• Inspect packaged products for quality and document equipment checks.
• Lead line changeovers with sanitation and QA to prep for next run.
• Follow Safety & Food Safety/Quality policies and participate in RCAs.
