Eclectic Products, an Arclin WVCO brand, seeks a hands-on Packager Machine Operator in Pineville, LA. You will operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to keep production safe, efficient, and moving. You’ll gain skills, learn new processes, and directly impact manufacturing success.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Overtime is available; retention bonuses and strong benefits support team stability.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging and filling equipment.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers for different tube sizes.
• Make machine adjustments to keep production running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve problems.
• Ensure correct materials are loaded into machines.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of production and piping systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment, processes, and products.
• Develop skills across multiple levels of machine operation.
