Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Weekend work required to support customer demand.
• Equipment noise requires hearing protection in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operation activities to ensure proper startup and operation of equipment.
• Operates equipment and monitors it to ensure quality production with minimal unplanned stops.
• Communicates with team and support groups to maintain continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels.
• Performs housekeeping and sanitations.
