Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must work weekends/holidays and off shifts.
• 1 year of machine operator experience in high-speed manufacturing.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist.
• Basic math and ability to read/write in English.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.
• Capable of repeatedly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines to ensure accurate dates and weights.
• Ensure products are dated and sealed with minimal waste.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on packaging machines (cleaning knives/blades, belts, rollers).
• Wear protective gear when cleaning and sanitizing lines during product changeovers.
• Inspect conveyors and scales before line start-ups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot common issues and adjust operations as needed.
