Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a dedicated Operator Packaging Machine on B shift to operate, monitor and adjust packaging equipment while upholding safety, food safety, quality and production standards.

The role includes line sanitation, ink-jet coding, bagger and sealer operations, regular metal detector checks and recording packaging efficiencies and downtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work in a noisy, temperature-variant

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Lock-out/Tag-out, forklift, and sanitation certs required.
• Able to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and basic computer skills (data entry, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment per safety and quality standards.
• Monitor line sanitation, ink-jet coder, bagger, and case sealer operations.
• Record packaging efficiencies and downtime; complete reports accurately.
• Ensure proper container sizing and product feed through baggers.
