Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Packaging Operator to monitor and adjust packaging equipment for night shifts on D Shift. You will help ensure safety, food safety, quality and production standards across the line.

Responsibilities include operating baggers and sealers, inspecting weight checks, records, and reporting. Requires forklift experience, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out, forklift, and sanitation certifications are required.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience with basic math, data entry, and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Monitor packaging machinery and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Check ink-jet coder, bagger, Dynapack, and case sealer operation.
• Perform metal detector checks and monitor line flow rates.
• Record packaging metrics, downtime, and produce reports.
• Ensure proper container sizing and packaging quality, including seals and codes.
• Complete CILs/centerlines and participate in AMD Drumbeats as needed.
