The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team and read English instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and bend for long shifts.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that can be hot and humid in summer/fall.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, calibration and operation of manufacturing equipment / powered equipment.
• Monitor machine operations and production quality to ensure standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Document production data and maintenance activities accurately.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
