Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Packaging Team in Kenosha, WI. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, monitor processes, and ensure products meet high quality standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced food production setting. The position offers a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule (6pm-6:30am) with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform equipment changeovers.
• Inspect products for correct labeling, alignment, and packaging; perform packing and palletizing.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and record shipments in SAP.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA policies.
• Support training and 5S activities and provide backup coverage as needed.
