Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an Entry Packaging Team Member for the 2nd shift (5:00pm–3:30am, Monday to Friday with Saturday rotation). You will operate packaging equipment, support changeovers, and help ensure products meet labeling and quality standards.

Join a safety-focused team, follow GMP/SQF/FSMA guidelines, and record production data in SAP. Prior packaging experience is a plus; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic packaging industry knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and monitor production lines.
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and packaging.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and record shipments in SAP.
• Document production data and participate in 5S and safety activities.
