SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a dependable Packaging Machine Operator for the 1st shift to set up and operate packaging equipment, ensuring products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

The role requires vigilance in line start-ups, changeovers, and documentation, with overtime opportunities. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of packaging experience in a fast-paced facility, plus familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, allergens, and PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of packaging machine operator experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Familiar with HACCP, GMPs, allergens and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assigned packaging machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment before line start-up and during product changeovers.
• Clean and sanitize equipment when changing from one product to another.
• Monitor packaging line performance and take ownership of production results.
• Maintain accurate and legible production records and documentation.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and personnel on the assigned line.
• Communicate with coworkers and maintenance staff to maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

Packaging Machine Operator – 1st Shift Schedule: 5600 AM–12:30 PM, 5AM start with overtime Pay: $22–$24 per hour
