What You’ll Work On

The Manufacturing Machine Operator in Powder Packaging is an entry-level role focused on secondary packaging. Responsibilities include:

• Operating packaging equipment such as depalletizers, labelers, and packers.
• Tracking the use of commodities like labels, caps, and cases.
• Conducting routine quality inspections.
• Completing batch workorder documentation accurately.
• Performing sanitation and housekeeping tasks.
• Executing scheduled cleaning activities.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Operating forklifts.
• Applying problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, SQF, and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
