Job description

The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks including setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also inspect incoming supplied packaging material and finished products according to our specifications. The role requires making adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Over time, the machine operator must be able to disassemble and reassemble equipment, changeover equipment for different package sizes, and perform light preventive maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and replacing pads or tape.
