Job summary

INW Proform Laboratories in Benicia, CA is hiring a Packaging Worker I to fill, label, and package powders on a scheduled line. You will learn and operate production equipment, respond to bottlenecks, and support quick changeovers to minimize downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, and a readiness to work overtime with weekends as needed. Generous benefits accompany a dedicated production team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill, label, and package powders into jugs, bags, and boxes.
• Learn and operate production equipment based on training and management approval.
• Help other line personnel to respond to line bottlenecks.
• Work with management to perform quick changeovers and limit downtime.
• Help production team improve product quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Follow training including GMP, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Clean equipment and production area as scheduled and when needed.
• Be punctual and maintain good attendance.
