Job summary

INW: Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness in Benicia, CA is seeking a Blending Technician I to join our production team. You will blend raw material products according to batch records, verify ingredients, and record lots and times using batch sheets.

Responsibilities include following GMP/HAACP guidelines, completing GDP-based batch sheets, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and supporting a safe, efficient work environment in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Blend raw material products according to production batch records.
• Follow batch sheets and mixing instructions, record lot numbers and blending times.
• Follow GMP and HAACP guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Complete batch sheets per GDPs.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Support housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
