Job summary

INW Proform Laboratories in Benicia, CA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator I for the Day Shift. You will set up packaging lines, adjust speeds and fill rates, and coordinate line changeovers with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe operation, completing GMP paperwork, supporting TPM initiatives, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. This is an on-site role with overtime and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic written English skills.
• Basic math skills.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1-2 years packaging equipment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to specifications for product runs.
• Adjust line speed and fill rates.
• Coordinate line changeovers with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe and continuous operation of packaging equipment.
• Complete GMP paperwork and downtime/ losses documentation.
• Support TPM and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist during overtime.
